“We recommend San Diego Door Pros! We booked them for a garage door tune up. Andy called in plenty of time for us to be ready. He showed up right on time and wearing his mask. He kept physical distance throughout our service. He gave us a good run down of various options and costs for upgrades and replacements, but without any high-pressure sales tactics. We stuck with the tune up and Andy got straight to work correcting some long standing issues with the door. He expertly adjusted the tracks, lubed all the wheels, joints, chains and tracks, then perfectly adjusted the springs and motor. The door works much better now and is a lot quieter than it was. When it's time to upgrade our door and opener, we'll call San Diego Door Pros and ask for Andy.”

“We just had SD Door Pros out to our house this morning, and what a godsend they were!  We hadn't had our garage door serviced since we moved here 15 years ago.  We never had a problem, but this morning it broke!  I couldn't get the door up and had to cancel my plans for the morning.  found San Diego Door Pros here on Yelp and called them.  They were able to send someone out within an hour and a half of my call.  "Andy" was brilliant.  He was able to walk up to the door and know exactly what was wrong and why.  He explained it to me and offered up a couple of options on how to fix it.  He worked very quickly, was obviously very knowledgeable and was a thoroughly pleasant person to work with.  When he finished the repair, he taught my husband and me how to maintain the door safely and what to watch for in order to avoid future problems.  I will be using this business again for certain and I highly recommend them.”

“From start to finish, these guys are truly "pros"! I couldn't find anything to complain about at all! Andy came out, custom designed my door and opener choices, set up a tentative date. I then got 2 other estimates which were $100's more and several problems just getting the bid. Two days before installation, I got a call from the office to confirm install date. 3 technicians showed up on time. removed the old doors quickly and loaded them up to haul away. I specified exact location of keypads and confirmed everything was good to go. Clifford & Danny went to work and had everything done and working flawlessly in a few hours. The work area was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. Very courteous and efficient. They deserve a FULL 5 Stars!!! save time, call them first and save your valuable time & $$$.”

“We had used Door Pros a few years ago for a broken spring.  Their service back then was fast and professional.  When it came to replacing the door and motor, The Door Pros gave us a competitive price and we decided to move forward with the job.  After a minor set back, Andrew did a great job at making sure the job was done right.  Daniel, the installer, was prompt, friendly and professional.  He walked me through the new product and we would not be any happier.  I highly recommend Door Pros and will gladly use them in the future.
