I ran into the garage door and a spring a spring! The door wouldn’t open anymore. Thanks to Yelp my husband called the Door Pros. The should get MORE than 5 stars. They provided a reasonable window for their arrival. They arrived within the window time, called right before they came over, provided a price list so we knew the potential costs, didn’t try to upsell him on anything and just did a darn good job. PROBLEM: This Saturday afternoon one of the springs broke on my double garage door. Cars were held hostage since those springs allow you to pull up the door manually. Found Door Pros on a Google search which took me to the YELP site. At 4PM I called and was told (a) the price to repair, (b) the time it would take (1/2 hour) (c) they (Andrew or Jarrod) could be there at 7AM on Monday (today) so I could get our cars out and go to work and (d) they would call 15 minutes before their arrival.

SOLUTION: We rode our bikes on Sunday (no need for the cars and saved money on gas). Monday at 6:45AM I received a call from Andrew that he would be there in 10 minutes and guess what… he showed up at 6:55AM; on time. He replaced BOTH springs in 38 minutes, honored the quote over the phone from Saturday AND gave me the YELP discount of $25 for spring replacement. Also their website has additional coupon savings; check it out.

I can’t say enough about the honest fast service and fair price that I received. I HIGHLY recommend this company for their professional and personal customer service. Too bad I was limited to only 5 STARS rating because they deserve 10!

FINAL NOTE: I called the original company (who shall remain nameless) that installed the door in 2007 and reported that it was an emergency and we needed to get to work on Monday. Here it is at 9AM and they still have not called me back after they were here only two months ago to service our door !!!

I certainly recommend Door Pros to my fellow condo owners in our 17 unit community in PB. Thank you Andrew for a job well done.
